What visitors say
Wonderful experience. I Would absolutely visit more often (on a weekly) if they had reduced rates (at least during week days like there old rates before) kids love it especially when it's busy with other children. Nice, clean place. Very friendly polite staff. They always go the extra mile and will offer you coffee and bring it to you all the way upstairs.

Great service today. Alfie and Eliza really enjoyed their climbing. Kacey and another girl were great 5* service - just be careful of the parking at Weston Favel, we went to two shops before (one O2 was busy and we had to wait) then Subway for lunch, climbing, then popped into Tesco after. Just over 4 hours in total and received a £50 parking FINE (£80 if not paid in 14 days) BE CAREFUL ON THE PARKING- 4 HOURS MAX I got a fine as we were there for 4 hours 10. Phone shop, Subway lunch, climbing and then Tesco shopping afterwards. The £50 fine left a sour taste

As a mother of two, I couldn’t recommend Tabitha more highly. My 6-year-old son, who has additional needs and can be very nervous when climbing, has flourished under her guidance. She’s incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging, helping him build confidence at his own pace. My 8-year-old daughter, already confident, has continued to progress and push her limits, all thanks to Tabitha’s expert teaching and motivational approach. What makes Tabitha truly remarkable is that she did all of this while recovering from a broken leg—yet her energy, positivity, and dedication never wavered. She adapts seamlessly to each child’s needs, creating a safe, inspiring, and fun environment for everyone. We felt so lucky to have her; she’s made climbing a joy for both of my children and a stress-free, rewarding experience for me as a parent. Tabitha you are amazing. Management; please see to it she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you all for your dedication and compassion. Amazing staff.

Visited today for the first time. The three ladies on duty helping were absolutely amazing. They interacted with my daughter and helped her in every way. By the end she had so much confidence. The three ladies made our experience really excellent
