Boston House

Boston House is equipped to handle large gatherings comfortably. The property sleeps 14 across seven bedrooms, each with a television and private bathroom—five have ensuite showers, two have separate facilities. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included. Four of the bedrooms feature decorative beds: two with four-poster frames and one half-tester style, which add character if that matters to your group.

The kitchen is built to cook for numbers, with a seven-ring range cooker, dishwasher and full-size fridge-freezer, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays. Downstairs there's a living room with television and DVD player, a separate dining room, and a cinema surround system in the kitchen for background entertainment. Outside, a walled courtyard garden contains the seven-seat hot tub (private to the property), garden furniture and a barbecue. A front patio and parking for six cars complete the setup. One dog is welcome here. The house sits in Windermere, with no smoking inside.
