What visitors say
Not a great experience, Lewis not helpful. Soft play was a death trap! That’s needs to be closed off until fixed, how can you give out soft play tickets and allow my child in harms way. Don’t worry I signed a waiver 🫣🫣 I understand why you have waiver!! Two Seconds of being in this place I wanted to leave, the place was dirty. No refunds just vouchers, what a joke! I did not have time to try the coffee

We recently visited Orbital Trampoline Park for my brother’s birthday, and he came along with his friends. We had such a great time, and a big part of that was thanks to a lovely lady wearing a hijab who was working there. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She made everyone feel welcome, was always happy to help, and her positive attitude really stood out. She was very friendly with the children and her enthusiasm didn’t go unnoticed. She genuinely helped make the birthday experience even more special for my brother and his friends, and her kindness did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team. Thank you for helping make the day so enjoyable Oyla !!!

Our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) had an hour session today. I felt like it was good value for money, and the staff were all exceptionally good. I cannot be more impressed with the young men and women we interacted with today. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and on task. Top marks!

I booked a birthday party at Orbital Trampoline Park for over 15 children, paying over £500, and what we received in return was an absolute shambles. Prior to booking this I spoke on the phone to a member of staff about the 30 minutes being rather short for a large party of kids to eat pizza, sides and ice cream as well as a birthday cake cutting and handing out party bags as I didn't want to be rushed, the person then reassured me that included with the party package comes a 'Dedicated Party Host' who will ensure the party runs smoothly for everyone involved and should it overrun slightly 'It's not that big of a deal as they allocate time in between parties to allow for cleaning & organising' From the moment the party started, it was clear there was no organisation whatsoever. The 'Dedicated Party Hosts' were nowhere to be seen for the party, leaving everything chaotic and unmanaged. No guidance, no support, no sense that anyone was actually responsible for the event I had paid so much money for. After the hour of trampolining, the children were given just 30 minutes to eat pizza, sides, and ice cream. For a larger children’s party, this was already very rushed — but it gets worse! As this was a birthday celebration, I brought my daughter’s birthday cake out, only to be rudely told by staff that we had exactly FIVE minutes to cut and hand it out. Before I had even started cutting the first cake slice, a staff member came over and bluntly said, “Can you get your people to start leaving?” I was utterly appaled and speechless. The children were not even given the chance to eat their birthday cake properly. We were effectively kicked out of the party area, with no consideration for the fact this was a paid-for birthday party which I had no time to hand out party bags, no time to say goodbye to our guests, and no opportunity to make the end of the party special in any way. Everything about this experience was disorganised, rushed, and deeply disappointing. I was embarrassed and had no words to say to the other parents other than how sorry I was that this was such a poor experience for their children. For over £500, I expected professionalism, organisation, and sheer basic courtesy. What I received was the complete opposite. I will never, ever book another party here again. Lesson learned — I won’t be making the same mistake twice and will not recommend this establishment for birthday parties!!
