Plum Tree Retreat

Plum Tree Retreat is a compact apartment where you arrive into an open-plan ground floor: living room with smart TV and Netflix, dining space, and a kitchen fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. Upstairs is a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (sleeping two in total), and a shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The essentials—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are included.

There's a rear garden with seating, shared with the owner. On-road parking is available, with a public car park a 10-minute walk away. The apartment sits close to York's centre—enough of a distance to feel like a base, near enough to reach the historic streets on foot. Smoking is not permitted inside.
