How were vour HOSTS?: 10 How CLEAN was it: 10 How were the FACILITIES: 8- tiny bathroom hard to use or even stand in it which is fine when alone but akward to keep door open when sharing the room How did vou SLEEP? 8- no real aircon was a fan but was too warm in the room as lots of windows stairs only which were narrow How was BREAKFAST? 9- only served full english and no continental options it is 2 b&b buildings shared so tight seating arrangments and if want juice its the room on the other building to help yourself Would you stay here again? YES if improvements happen

Had a great time staying here while visiting York for the weekend! I hope to see this place in "4 in a bed". I think they would do really well.

Very friendly service, easy to find and our familybroom was great! It had a separate mini room within the room for our 10 year old, who loved that as wasn't sharing with mum and dad! The only negative was Parking - this could be an issue in peak season.
