Highlands Apartment 3

Sandown Bay curves along the Isle of Wight's southeast coast, a traditional seaside stretch where the beach meets Victorian terraces and amusement arcades. Highlands Apartment 3 occupies the first floor of a converted manor house set back from the seafront, with Sandown beach just half a mile away on foot. The apartment is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

The layout centres on a curved living room overlooking the bay, where you can settle in front of a television or watch the light change across the water. Two bedrooms sleep four: a double with its own ensuite shower, and a second room with two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it. A kitchen and dining space runs to a full set of appliances—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine—so cooking isn't a chore. Wifi and parking on site are included, along with bed linen and towels. Eight steps lead up to the entrance. The whole apartment sits on the first floor with no further stairs.

The building itself dates back over a century, though it has been thoroughly renovated. A shared garden belongs to all residents, with views across the coast and town. Sandown offers everything a seaside resort provides: the beach, shops, cafes, and a pier. Smoking is not permitted inside.
