Benar Cottages - Benar Bach

Benar Bach opens directly into a kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave—everything needed to self-cater properly. From there, a flight of five steps leads to the first floor and a living and dining room with a wood burner, television and access to a private terrace. The bedroom and ensuite are on the second floor: a kingsize bed and a roll-top bath mean you have space to unwind. Bed linen, towels, heating and wifi are included.

The cottage sits alone in the Machno Valley between Penmachno and Betws-y-Coed, surrounded by farmland and forest. Your own enclosed garden has a patio, barbecue and furniture, with a stream running past the boundary. Gwydyr Forest is directly accessible from the property, and the Penmachno Mountain Bike Trails start nearby. Within a mile or so you'll find a pub and shop; Betws-y-Coed village, with its cafés and shops, is three miles away. Snowdon lies about 25 minutes' drive north. The property suits couples; no children except infants in arms. There is a spiral staircase at the property and steep steps between floors. On-site parking for two cars is provided, and there is an electric charging point if you need it.
